  1. Choose Size from the Text menu to change the size in which your entries will display or print.  The sizes are 9, 10, 12, 14, and 18.

  3. Choose Other to specify font sizes not included in the menu.

  5. If you are in Layout mode, you can change the size without using the Text menu.  Select the field in the Field Options dialog box and press Command-[ to decrease the point size or Command-] to increase it.
